Historic Ecumenical Stations of the Cross
For the first time since the creation of the parish of Tunstall in 1832, the Anglican Parish of Christ Church, Tunstall and the Roman Catholic Parish of Sacred Heart, Tunstall have come together to pray the Stations of the Cross together this Lent.
The Stations of the Cross is a devotion which involves pausing 14 times as we walk the way of The Cross and reflecting on the events of Jesus' Passion and Death.
The Stations are being prayed on the Sunday afternoons of Lent at 3pm.
The Stations are being lead jointly by Fr John Stather from Christ Church and Fr Christopher Miller from Sacred Heart.
